Our Impact

At Project STRIVE, impact isn’t measured by clicks or attendance, it’s measured by confidence regained, clarity restored, and momentum built. We exist to walk alongside service members, veterans, and their families during one of life’s biggest transitions, helping them move from military service to civilian life with purpose, support, and opportunity. Every conversation, resource, and partnership is designed with one goal in mind: to ensure no one navigates transition alone.

What We Do & Why It Matters:

Transitioning out of uniform can feel overwhelming. Careers shift. Identities evolve. Systems change. Project STRIVE bridges that gap by creating spaces where veterans and service members can learn, connect, and grow together. Through shared learning opportunities, mentorship, workforce development, and access to mental health and wellness resources, we help individuals:

  • Gain clarity around their "why" and next chapter

  • Translate military experience into civilian success

  • Build professional and peer networks that last

  • Access trusted resources without the runaround

  • Feel seen, supported, and empowered

Testimonials:

"While I do not have a specific moment to reference, I have found these Social Hours to be extremely helpful overall. Aside from the information and resources provided by each guest speaker (which all to date have been very knowledgeable and resourceful), the ability to network with veterans as well as non-veterans from various professional backgrounds has been invaluable. In particular, the time set aside at the end of the meetings that allows for free range, informal discussions, provides a great opportunity to further develop relationships or ask off topic questions to a group of highly experienced professionals.”

– Lance Johnson, Marine Corps Veteran

"Veterans are very important to me as I'm married to one. So, when I got the invitation to be a part of this group and present on wellness, I was thrilled! It's a great group of people and it was my pleasure to be able to share simple and sustainable strategies in order to help them optimize their health. I also made a great friend in Charmain Evans, so it's been fun collaborating with her!"

– Joanna Price, Founder & Wellness Strategist, Blue Sky Nourishment Lounge

The social hour highlights that many different aspects of life serving, while focusing on any given area where the veteran is encouraged to focus on oneself whether personally, or professionally.
